Examples of how we’ve delivered robust, enterprise-grade integrations across industries.

Recent projects.

Here you’ll find a selection of recent projects showing how we solve complex integration challenges for enterprises. Each example has been anonymised for confidentiality, but reflects the type of outcomes we deliver for our clients. We also have numerous examples of integrations with major SaaS platforms available on request. For confidentiality reasons, we don’t publish direct SaaS vendor work publicly, but we’re happy to discuss relevant examples in more detail.

Corporate Training

CRM -> Job Management -> Data Warehouse -> Trainer Portal -> BI Tools

The Client.

A multinational corporate training company with a bespoke CRM and booking management system.

The Challenge.

The CRM held all client and booking data but wasn’t connected to the trainer portal or business intelligence tools. Trainers couldn’t easily see upcoming jobs and had to rely on project teams for updates. Leadership lacked visibility over clients, projects, and trainer utilisation.

Our Solution.

We implemented a connector to extract CRM and booking data on a frequent schedule and synchronised this with a cloud-based data warehouse. On top of this, we rapidly built an API using Xano, which allowed the trainer portal to quickly and securely retrieve booking data.

The integration gave trainers self-service access to their booking details, removed the dependency on email updates, and created a consolidated view for leadership. The increased visibility enabled the business to more effectively utilise their trainers and cross-sell to existing clients.

Healthcare Consultancy

Research Repository -> Document Transformation -> Database -> Partner APIs

The Client.

A healthcare consultancy producing widely read research on prescribing practices across the UK.

The Challenge.

Their work was distributed only in PDF format, making it difficult for partners to embed the content into their platforms. Several organisations expressed interest, but no integration method existed.

Our Solution.

We created an environment that automatically converted PDFs into markdown, enriched the content with metadata, and stored it securely in a structured database. From there, we built a partner-facing API that was easy to consume.

We implemented fine-grained access controls, and a caching layer to support natural spikes in deamnd. The result was a new, scalable distribution channel and a new recurring revenue stream without increasing operational overhead.

Retail

Adobe Commerce, Product Information System, Third-Party Marketplace APIs

The Client.

A retailer using Adobe Commerce to manage its product catalogue and online storefront.

The Challenge.

They needed to synchronise product data, stock, and pricing with multiple third-party marketplaces, each using different formats and APIs. Manual updates were time-consuming and risked inaccurate listings.

Our Solution.

We designed a dedicated integration layer that standardised product data and transformed it to meet the specifications of each marketplace. Using an enterprise iPaaS platform, we automated the synchronisation process, including error handling, retry logic, and performance monitoring.

Stock updates and price changes were propagated in near real-time, ensuring accurate listings across all channels. We also built in flexibility, allowing new marketplaces to be added quickly without re-engineering core processes.

Travel

Booking Engine -> Ancillary Supplier APIs -> Orchestration Layer, Caching System

The Client.

A travel provider aiming to boost revenue by offering multiple ancillary cross-sell products.

The Challenge.

Each supplier exposed different APIs with varying formats and response times. Direct integration with the booking system was proving costly, slow, and hard to maintain.

Our Solution.

We developed a universal integration standard with consistent API signatures that abstracted away the differences between suppliers. On top of this, we used two enterprise-grade iPaaS platforms to orchestrate API calls, handle retries, manage error responses gracefully, and provide caching to address uneven performance between APIs.

The universal layer made it possible to onboard new suppliers with minimal development effort, reducing time-to-market from months to weeks. For the client, this not only simplified technical operations but also created a scalable framework to expand their ancillary offering, increase basket value, and drive significant additional revenue.

Professional Services

Salesforce CRM, HubSpot CRM

The Client.

A financial services firm with multiple business units, each using different CRM platforms. One team operated on Salesforce, while another relied on HubSpot.

The Challenge.

Clients were often cross-sold products across the two teams, but the lack of integration meant critical client information stayed siloed. Opportunities were missed, sales processes slowed, and teams wasted time manually re-entering and reconciling data between systems. Leadership had no single view of client activity across the organisation.

Our Solution.

We built a robust integration between Salesforce and HubSpot to synchronise key client and opportunity data in near real-time. Using an iPaaS platform, we mapped and standardised fields, ensured bidirectional updates, and added error handling with full logging and audit trails.

The integration eliminated duplicate entry, gave each team immediate visibility of cross-sell opportunities, and provided leadership with a consolidated view of client relationships. As a result, collaboration between teams improved, cross-sell revenues increased, and client experience became more seamless.
